Who Answers at Bajo Harbor

How this desk is staffed

Bajo Harbor is run by a working desk, not a directory of headshots. The person who prices an enquiry for Bajo Harbor on a Monday is not always the person who answers your email on the Thursday, which is why Bajo Harbor publishes functions instead of invented profiles.

Bajo Harbor works in Indonesia under Juara Holding Group. That parent relationship is the only corporate claim Bajo Harbor makes on this page; the rest of it describes process rather than pedigree.

Who does what

Enquiries and quoting — first response on The Definitive Bajo Harbor Guide, including what a published price does and does not cover.
Operations — scheduling, supplier coordination and the day-to-day running of Bajo Harbor Costs & What to Budget.
Editorial — the pages you are reading on Bajo Harbor, and the corrections that follow when something on them turns out to be wrong.
Aftercare — changes, cancellations and complaints once a booking with Bajo Harbor is confirmed.

How we check what we publish

The checking rule at Bajo Harbor is simple: a price, a schedule or a regulation is either confirmed against its source or labelled unconfirmed. Bajo Harbor would rather publish a visible gap than fill it with something that reads well and turns out to be wrong.

What we do not claim

You will not find invented qualifications on Bajo Harbor. If a credential matters to a job Bajo Harbor does, the issuing body and the document are named on the relevant service page; letters after a person’s name are not used here to make the site look established.

Reaching the desk

Write to the desk through the contact page and your message reaches whoever is covering that work at Bajo Harbor on the day. The reply comes from a real person with a real name — the one at Bajo Harbor who picked up the file, not a byline written for a web page.
