Bio: Adrian is the visionary force behind Bajo Harbor and a key principal within our parent company, Juara Holding Group. A lifelong sailor, he has explored nearly every corner of the Indonesian archipelago by sea. His deep experience in the ultra-luxury hotel sector instilled in him an uncompromising commitment to guest experience and operational excellence. Adrian founded Bajo Harbor to merge his passion for sailing with his professional expertise, aiming to create a platform that sets a new benchmark for luxury phinisi charters in Indonesia. Siti Rahayu
Head of Operations & Fleet Management
Credentials: PADI Certified Divemaster; Certified Maritime Safety Officer (STCW); 12 years of experience as Operations Manager for a leading Komodo liveaboard fleet.
Bio: Siti is the operational backbone of Bajo Harbor. Based full-time in Labuan Bajo, she is responsible for the rigorous vetting and ongoing audit of every vessel in our portfolio. Her hands-on approach means she is personally familiar with each captain, crew, and engine room. Siti’s deep knowledge of local maritime regulations, from the KSOP Labuan Bajo (Port Authority) to the Komodo National Park Authority, ensures that every voyage we facilitate is fully compliant and operates with the highest safety standards. She personally oversees the implementation of our stringent safety protocols and our proprietary vessel evaluation detailed on our Methodology page.

Bio: Dr. Banyu leads our commitment to responsible tourism, a core pillar of the Bajo Harbor philosophy. He develops and oversees our environmental policies, from carbon offsetting programs to our strict no-single-use-plastic mandate across our fleet. Dr. Banyu manages our key partnerships with conservation organizations like The Nature Conservancy Indonesia and the Komodo Survival Program, ensuring that our operations actively contribute to the protection of the region’s fragile ecosystems.
